GTS is an SBA Certified 8(a) and Certified Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) / Hispanic Owned Small Business that was founded on the belief that a professionally run small business offered Federal and State Government customers as well as large and mid size government services firms the benefits inherent to the cost controls, quality processes and flexibility that an efficient small business operates under every day.

Elizabeth Martinez-Crawley
Majority Owner

Elizabeth Martinez-Crawley began our firm in 2006. She has more than 30 years of experience with the United States government federal market, with a focus on back office support. Her specialties include administration, human resources, and financial management with a specialization in accounting functions such as payroll, time and labor reporting systems.

She has managed multi-site project migrations and conversions from a variety of management systems, including Deltek® Cost Point and PeopleSoft™. Elizabeth Martinez-Crawley holds a degree in business from Columbia.

Tim Crawley
Principal

Tim Crawley is the Minority Owner of Gemini Tech Services.  He is a retired USAF Officer and a former Government Services Industry Executive.  He has over 30 years of experience in the Government Services market.  His specialties include business development, contract/subcontract administration, supply chain management and strategic planning. 

He has won over $3B in Federal Sector work in the past 10 years.  He holds a degree in business from Maryland and advance degrees and certifications from Troy, Harvard and Defense Acquisition University.

Clients

GTS provides support as both a prime contractor and subcontractor to federal, state and local government organizations. Additionally, GTS supports private and publically held corporations and other small Businesses, to include Small Business Administration 8(a) firms, Alaska Native Corporations, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) zones, and Women-Owned Small Businesses. We also work with non-governmental organizations.
